The flesh vs the Spirit - John Barksdale

Gal 5:16I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

Paul's letter to the Galatians was a vigorous attack against the gospel of works and the defense of the gospel of faith.  He addresses the Galatians by telling them they started out so well in the spirit but some have came in and said things to them to get them back to a gospel of works.

6 I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel; 7 which is really not another; only there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. [Gal 1:6-7 NASB]

16 nevertheless knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the Law; since by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified. 17 "But if, while seeking to be justified in Christ, we ourselves have also been found sinners, is Christ then a minister of sin? May it never be! 18 "For if I rebuild what I have once destroyed, I prove myself to be a transgressor. [Gal 2:16-18 NASB]

Dealing with the Giants in Our Land - Part 2 - Charles D Harris

[Deu 7:1-2 NASB] 1 "When the LORD your God brings you into the land where you are entering to possess it, and clears away many nations before you, the Hittites and the Girgashites and the Amorites and the Canaanites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and stronger than you, 2 and when the LORD your God delivers them before you and you defeat them, then you shall utterly destroy them. You shall make no covenant with them and show no favor to them.

Even though there are people groups in the land representing these strongholds, the battle is bigger than people groups.

Listen to Message

[2Co 10:3-6 NASB] 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, 4 for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. 5 We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, 6 and we are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete.

To the degree you have his kingdom in you you will have kingdom around you.
[Luk 17:21 NASB] 21 nor will they say, 'Look, here it is!' or, 'There it is!' For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst."

It's important to come into alignment with the Word of God and order.  It is important to conquer these kingdoms to bring God's rest and prosperity.

Allow the spirit of God to deliver these enemies into your hands and smite them.

[Heb 4:12-16 NASB] 12 For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do. 14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin. 16 Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

All of these kingdoms represent an iniquity or bent pointing you away from God ways.

Know this that these nations are

  • Greater and stronger - you don't stand a chance
  • God will deliver us
  • They will be defeated
  • They must be annihilated

Hittites חִתִּי - Chaos and False Order (appearance of Looking Good)
Name means terror - they are the architects of terrorism. It’s the kind o.f terror that causes things to come apart.  Causing you to come unglued. A return to chaos.  In Gen 1:2 the Lord hovered over chaos and spoke order. God would go into formless and void and say "light".  His nature was to create order out of chaos.  Their nature was to create chaos out of order. This is the spirit of this age.  The antichrist.  Take order and create disorder so there can be a manipulation of a new order. To the degree you are operating in the disorder and chaos in your life the Spirit is trying to get a hold of you and reveal order.
Hittitim were known from a spiritual context of absorption context.  Just add their gods to their gods.  All gods are cool.  Keep including people.  Prototypes of the one world religion. Its interesting that the same people who use terror are the same people that use one world religion.  Its interesting that the most "tolerant" people are the most terrorist like people.  The most liberal seem to be the most intolerable.

Some Characteristics of this spirit
Worry and anxiety
Therefore all hands will fall limp, And every man’s heart will melt. They will be terrified, Pains and anguish will take hold of them; They will writhe like a woman in labor, They will look at one another in astonishment, Their faces aflame. (Isaiah 13:7,8)

[Luk 21:20 NASB] 20 "But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then recognize that her desolation is near.
Busyness (activity trap)
Panicky buying and selling
Fear of man
Pro 29:25 NASB] 25 The fear of man brings a snare, But he who trusts in the LORD will be exalted.
Fear of death

[Heb 2:14-15 NASB] 14 Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, 15 and might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives.

Intercession is being focused on who we are in the in the perfect love of the Lord.  When the focus is present the humility is present the power is present.  Be the light the world is in need of.

Scriptures to meditate on to deal with Hittite spirit in your land

Hear His voice.  Know who you are in Him.  Then release love to others
[Mar 12:29-31 NASB] 29 Jesus answered, "The foremost is, 'HEAR, O ISRAEL! THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD; 30 AND YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH.' 31 "The second is this, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.' There is no other commandment greater than these."

Pray…
[Phl 4:6-8 NASB] 6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.

Cast out fear…
[1Jo 4:18 NASB] 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love.

Be humble...
[Jas 4:6-10 NASB] 6 But He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says, "GOD IS OPPOSED TO THE PROUD, BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE." 7 Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Be miserable and mourn and weep; let your laughter be turned into mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you.

Girgashites גִּרְגָּשִׁי - Works of the flesh (Feel Good)
Clay dwellers. Territory is along banks of Jordan river.  Soft  ground.  Like border crossing guards. Guardians of the river which was entryway into promised land. Earthy people.  People of the flesh.
The are like the appetites of the flesh.  In Ancient Paths its mention the door to the flesh and door to the spirit. the default door we fall into most of the time is the door to the flesh. You have to make a decision and be purposeful about entering the door to the spirit. With habit and tendency to go through the door of the flesh then your spiritual tendency is to go through religion.  Religion is strategy of the flesh to try to accomplish the things of the spirit.Knowledge is a strategy of the flesh to try to accomplish wisdom. Can't get to wisdom through knowledge and can't get to spirit from the flesh.  Cant do enough religion (fasting, praying, or other "religious disciplines" to get to the spirit).  Cant be born of the spirit except by the spirit.
Girgashim represent that spirit in Israel, they represent that spirit in the body.  The body is an extension of Israel. There is a tension between the spirit and the works of the flesh.  Including some "good" things.  People can be deceived into thinking they are doing something "Godly" but has no power in it.

Yeshua says...  13 "Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. 14 "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it. 15 "Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. 16 "You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they? 17 "So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 "A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit. 19 "Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 "So then, you will know them by their fruits. 21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22 "Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?' 23 "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.'[Mat 7:13-23 NASB].
The way of the Girgashim is a broad way.  There are lots of people on a broad way. People like broad ways because they are easy to see, follow, and don't require very careful observation. On the narrow path you have to see where the path is going.  Broad path everyone goes with the crowd.  Its an easy place of identity which people are looking for.  Being part of something making yourself vulnerable.  It can be Lutheran, Catholic, Messianic, Protestant, Orthadox, Christian.  They are dressed like sheep!  There goal is to give you a new form of self righteousness.  Builds on need to be part of something and gives you a form of self righteousness.

Yeshua taught anti-identity, taking up the cross, find yourself in me.  He who loses his life shall find it.

Intercession focused on vision for the heart of the father and allowing His love to satisfy.  on the door to the spirit with the same attitude as Yeshua "not my will but your will be done".  Also to pray for awareness and destructions of need identity outside of Messiah.

Do open face exercise as an activation of the spirit.

If you ever feel "Fleshy"

Scriptures to meditate on and do dealing with Girgashite spirit
[Mat 16:25 KJV] 25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

[2Co 3:17-18 KJV] 17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord [is], there [is] liberty. 18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, [even] as by the Spirit of the Lord.

[Mat 6:3-6 KJV] 3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: 4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. 5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites [are]: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. 6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

Activating: Mixing in Faith - David Mitts

For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word, which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. (Heb 4:2)

Ingredients.  Every recipe calls for ingredients.   What I want to talk about this morning is the ingredient called “faith”.  Hebrews 4:2, tells us that the children of Israel heard the good news, the gospel and yet they were unable to profit from what they heard because they did not take what they heard and add in the ingredient of faith.

The Hebrew word for faith is where we get the root for amen. It is the word emunah.  The word picture is aleph-mem-nun, and it represents an infant nursing on its mother.  There is a total trust and dependence in the word picture for faith.

If we think about the baby-mother relationship, we know that the baby knows its mother by smell, by voice, by touch.  There is an intimacy and oneness in this picture that shows us God’s heart in faith.

We have a tendency to think of faith as something we muster up, like courage.   Yet from this word picture we can see that faith is not something we do, or even something we have, it is more about who we are in relationship.

Faith can be seen by what we do, and it therefore can be described as something we either have or don’t have, like in the above, scripture, BUT fundamentally faith is about dependence a trust that is born out of love. A parallel concept that we might want to pray and think about that can teach us about faith is security.  The infant who is connected to the mother is secure.  That relationship begins a foundation for all relationships.  Then as we age the father in the family with words of affirmation and quality time invested builds in more security in who we are and what we can do.  Faith then leads to observable works, accomplishments, the confidence to do things.  So love is the foundation of faith.  But what if our foundation is cracked?  What if we are insecure inside in the secret place that is beyond words?  What if we want yo do things but we are full of doubt?  Let's look at a strange verse, Gal 5:6.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love. (Gal 5:6)

This is a very powerful verse.  It speaks of 2 realities, the one of our birth order, either of the circumcision or of the uncircumcision, Jew or Gentile, and then discounts that in favor of faith working through love.  This is how truly powerful, this love-faith picture is!  It transcends our birth order.  It tells us that we can, through Messiah, come to a place like a child of trust and intimacy with God that is stronger than any other distinction.  You have to remember who is writing this and when.  This is Paul who called himself : “Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? So am I. (2Co 11:22)

Paul is NOT diminishing the importance of heritage.  No, not at all.   Many use this scripture to discount Israel.

What he is doing however, is speaking of a greater inheritance, a spiritual new birth that comes from faith, from trust embedded in love.  You see, whether we are Jewish or Gentile by birth, we all have inherited iniquity.  Circumcision doesn't protect us from iniquity.  Circumcision was the sign of covenant, but covenant doesn't erase iniquity.  Iniquity is healed by faith, by trust and by intimacy.

The real goal though is faithfulness.  The Lord has through our trust in His Word set us free from the Law of Sin and Death. Let’s look at Romans 8 through the eyes of trust:

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

What is the condemnation?  Condemnation is the iniquity.  It condemns us out of our hearts.  It doesn't matter if we have Jewish hearts and are of the covenant or Gentile hearts and are strangers to the covenant.  No, we both have been brought near as One New Man.  This is what this ministry stands for.  You see it isn't about where we come from, the flesh-based inheritance.  Sure covenant flesh has some advantages.  There is a blessing on natural Israel.  But compared to what is available through the Spirit is not even close.  That's why the restoration of Israel to the Land doesn't stop with Israel as we know her today.  No, The Lord promised that when He returned the outcasts of Israel, He would also give then a new heart.  The One New Man reality promises a greater salvation. The Apostle Paul said it this way in Philippians 3:3-10:

For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh, though I also might have confidence in the flesh. If anyone else thinks he may have confidence in the flesh, I more so: circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; concerning the law, a Pharisee; concerning zeal, persecuting the church; concerning the righteousness which is in the law, blameless. But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, (Php 3:3-10)

So, the condemnation crosses all flesh labels and even flesh covenants.

Let’s continue with Romans 8:

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God. But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father." The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. (Rom 8:1-17).

Ok. So we have an inheritance but it is one of the Spirit.  Because it is of the Spirit, it is a living active relationship based on faith.

What we have to realize, is that we cannot live like the flesh-inheritance and have the spirit-inheritance.  What do I mean by that?  We cannot count all the natural inheritance as rubbish and then pull it into the equation.  If we do that we serve the flesh and the result is always going to be death.   This is what happens whenever we crystallize into an identity and refuse to flow with the leading of God’s Spirit.  This is the ever-present death that seeks to reclaim us by tempting us with performance-based righteousness.

No, we have to learn how live by faith, which involves learning how come into a oneness of trust in the voice of the Lord.  This is demonstrated in faithfulness.  Look with me at Matthew 25:14,

"For the kingdom of heaven is like a man traveling to a far country, who called his own servants and delivered his goods to them. And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey. Then he who had received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents. And likewise he who had received two gained two more also. But he who had received one went and dug in the ground, and hid his lord's money. After a long time the lord of those servants came and settled accounts with them. "So he who had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, 'Lord, you delivered to me five talents; look, I have gained five more talents besides them.' His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.' He also who had received two talents came and said, 'Lord, you delivered to me two talents; look, I have gained two more talents besides them.' His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.' "Then he who had received the one talent came and said, 'Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed. And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, there you have what is yours.' "But his lord answered and said to him, 'You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed. So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest. So take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents. 'For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' (Mat 25:14-30)

There is a life of the Spirit, which is called faithful.  It is a life of faith, or trust and most of all; it is a life of action.  We cannot act though if we are in doubt and unbelief and burying our Spiritual gifts in the earth.  This is a picture Yeshua is using of taking something birthed of the spirit and through fear and unbelief burying it in the ground, taking it back to world of natural inheritance.  The natural inheritance is the place of iniquity.

So, I guess what we are left with is, we either learn to walk faithfully and increase through our gifts and talents or we become unprofitable servants.

This should sober us a bit and cause us to press in to the Lord.  This is where prophetic activation comes to the rescue.  We didn't operate the School of the Spirit for all of those years just to graduate classes.  No it was our goal, and still is to live an authentic life in the spirit.  This isn't just about prophesying but about the intimacy of love.  Love’s voice will guide us into all truth and lead us into our destiny.

So, I had a dream confirming this word.  In the dream we did activation.  So today we are going to cross a dividing line and do activation.  Specifically this activation if for faith and intimacy.
PRAY CONSECRATION PRAYER!
“God, what do You think of me?” – Everyone take a sheet of paper and a pen. We start with writing down a personal question (a very good one is “God, what do You think/feel when You look at me?”) and then we get quiet, listen and write down everything that comes to our minds. The purpose of this exercise is to grow more comfortable hearing God for ourselves which will tremendously enrich our private time and relationship with Him.
One of the biggest challenges in hearing God's voice is to discern it from our own thoughts. This is what God's voice sounds most similar to because the Holy Spirit dwells within us and so He speaks from the same direction that our own thoughts come from.
Many will hardly write down anything because they constantly think it's their own thoughts. They block themselves. A much better approach is to write down EVERYTHING that comes to our mind after asking Jesus the question. Don't try to discern right away, just write it all down. Don't look at the paper for a day or two and then read it again. It will be much clearer to you now what was really God and what He was not..Now, we want to use this as a platform for our faith.

Dealing with the Giants in Our Land - Part 1 - Charles D Harris

[Jhn 17:15-23 KJV] 15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. 16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. 18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. 20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, [art] in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: 23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

Covenant is what the Father is about.  Being one with Him, the Son and the Spirit. He made a covenant with Israel.  He named the land after the covenant also.

Kingdom of God is within you.  It has to have territory not just eupherial.  Requires a territory and a King.  It is very physical in nature.  Example...Healing

To the degree you have his kingdom in you you will have kingdom around you.
[Luk 17:21 NASB] 21 nor will they say, 'Look, here it is!' or, 'There it is!' For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst."
Israel has covenant God and the land of Israel.

[Jer 31:33-37 KJV] 33 But this [shall be] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. 35 Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, [and] the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts [is] his name: 36 If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, [then] the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever. 37 Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.

Yeshua provided a way for gentiles to be reconciled to and the covenants of promise.  We are in covenant now with Israel not replacing them.  Their enemies are our enemies and their God our God.  What happens to Israel affects me and what happens to me affects Israel. The condition of our oneness affects the condition of the land and people.
[Eph 2:10-14 KJV] 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. 11 Wherefore remember, that ye [being] in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; 12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: 13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. 14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition [between us];
It's important to come into alignment with the Word of God and order.  It is important to conquer these kingdoms to bring God's rest and prosperity.

You can track every move of God to something that happened in Israel.  You can map every disaster in America to how they treat Israel.  Touch not the anointed of God.  That doesn't mean perfect.  You are anointed of God and you are not perfect.

God wants to reconcile us to his land and people and rest.
[Heb 12:22-23 NASB] 22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels, 23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect,

Its the kind o.f terror that causes things to come apart.

Intercession is be focused on who we are in the love of the Lord.

Be the light...bring order

[Jhn 8:12 NASB] 12 Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life."

[2Co 4:4 NASB] 4 in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

Manifesting Your Destiny, Eternal Weight of Glory - David Mitts

Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, (2Co 4:16-17)

We live lives with an eternal weight of glory which exceeds our struggles.  Though we are set in a temporal context with its attendant issues, there is within each of us and collectively together a destiny which can thrill our hearts if we can but grasp it.  This destiny is reflected in this world but is NOT of this world!!
This is so important to grasp.  We are living lives for eternal crowns, not temporal trinkets that are mere physical ornaments dressing up dead bones.  It isn’t for external approval that we live for but for His Glory.  Yeshua spoke about this in Matthew 23:26-29

Blind Pharisee, first cleanse the inside of the cup and dish, that the outside of them may be clean also. "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness. Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness. "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you build the tombs of the prophets and adorn the monuments of the righteous, (Mat 23:26-29).

It isn’t the outer success that man approves of that really matters.  What matters is what is enduring and eternal, what is happening on the inside, in that part of us that is the Glory of God.

That Glory is the seed, that is incorruptible and yet refined by the trials of life.  You see God has seed, potent and full of identity and destiny.  That seed is deposited in the womb of our lives by His Holy Spirit, as His Word, His Torah, alive and making alive unto eternity.  That seed then has a glory.  That glory is the weight from eternity in the seed.

You can buy different seeds.  you can buy common seed, organic seed and something called heirloom seed. The DEFINITION:
“Heirloom seeds produce vegetable varieties that have been around for 50 years or more. These are the vegetables your grandmother grew. These are the vegetables that were around before the food pyramid, before the Department of Agriculture, before the huge agribusiness's that create most of the "food" on store shelves today.”

The seeds may all look similar but there is an entirely different plant depending on the seed and its potency and power.

God’s living Torah, His “heirloom” seed, the one that produces His children, His heirs is producing a fruit, His children that are living on the inside with destiny.  This destiny contains eternal glory.

Glory is also another word for value.  We weigh things on scales that evaluate glory based on measurements that compare and contrast with a standard.  We used to have a country that was based on the gold standard.  That meant that every dollar produced was an instrument of commerce that was backed by a measurable quantity of gold that was stored in a treasury.  Gold is actual wealth.  It contains unique properties of scarcity and tangible value.  Land is actual wealth.  That’s why God made a Land based covenant with Abraham for Israel.  It is tangible and has properties of provision, being fertile, and identity as a home.  A land deed is like a dollar used to be.

Today that “glory” of currency has been unlinked from the gold standard to man’s speculative value.  We have currency markets that determine the value of currencies based on pure speculation. This means man’s opinion has been elevated above God’s standard of gold which He connected with value by calling it “tov” or good.

The name of the first is Pishon; it is the one which skirts the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold. And the gold of that land is good. Bdellium and the onyx stone are there. (Gen 2:11-12).

This should makes us pause in our understanding of what God values.  He is NOT anti-Gold.  He is against mammon.

Man, relying on speculation has undermined the age that we live in and is actually anti-God or anti-Christ.  In the last book of the Gospel, called the Revelation of Jesus Christ, which could be called the 5th Gospel, the Anti-Christ is personified:

He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. (Rev 13:16-17)

Many have been expecting a physical “mark” and so have been a little paranoid about chips, gps, passports etc.  Another perspective is that the right hand is the biblical symbol of power and authority and the forehead is where the face or image of the seed is seen. Look at Deut 6:4-9

"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one! You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. "And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates. (Deu 6:4-9)

The seed of God’s living Torah, His seed is expressed in covenant through the hands, the symbol of our power and talents and gifts expressed, through our foreheads, the place of His countenance in our lives, and on our homes and gates, the consecrated Land that He gives to us to be stewards over.  All of these are elements of true wealth, the wealth that comes from God giving the us the power to get wealth in order to establish His covenant. Deut 8:18.

This is expression of His eternal Glory in our lives.

As an aside the speculation of man and his anti-God, anti-Christ value system will also be attacking our tangible property wealth and convince us that their is no value in land ownership.  This is really what is underlying the banking scandal.  The banks crashed because of what?  They made loans based on speculation.  They used to make loans based on wealth, a mans word and God given talents, character.   They ditched that and used speculation.  This is a devilish wisdom source that seeks to make everyone renters subject to the authority of the man’s speculative value system.  Can you see the link??

This is also occurring in the attitude towards Israel and their covenant Land of Promise.  Speculation, man’s “demonic” wisdom as embodied in the man centered institutions of power and identity, the UN and assorted coalition entities that rely on military power and other man centered “glories” are sitting in counsel deciding the fate of Israel and the miracle of Her return as proclaimed in the Scriptures.

Speculation is nothing more than glory or value being derived by man’s opinions and NOT by God’s standards.  Ultimately it is about devaluing ALL that God’s Torah has breathed into existing as Or, Light, which is His created order and substituting death-ladened perversions of marriage, sexuality, parenting, etc.

God proclaimed this as a shaking, in Hebrews 12:26-29

whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, "YET ONCE MORE I SHAKE NOT ONLY THE EARTH, BUT ALSO HEAVEN." Now this, "YET ONCE MORE," indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire. (Heb 12:26-29)

We are living for that unshakable kingdom which is working inside of us, to produce the vision of God in the seed that is in us.  So, we have to remember that our afflictions are NOT a problem but a refinement or a proving, a testing which produces in us an eternal weight of glory.

Lisa and I were watching a movie about violins.  There is a man named Stradivarius who made the most amazing violins, in the early 1700’s.  He developed a method for treating the wood that has not been improved upon to this day.  His classic violins sell for millions of dollars.  Why?  Because the gift of God that was in Him produced something of wealth that the world has never duplicated. That is the glory of god, His seed in Stradivarius. The irony is that the super rich have made these violins super costly, because of speculation.  The violins are rare and exceptional, but man always tries to make the fruit his own without learning how to go to the root, the inner glory.

You have the same thing, a seed with an eternal weight of Glory.  It is priceless beyond compare.  It is the pearl of great price.

"Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it. (Mat 13:45-46)

The pearl is the seed of your unique destiny.  The Kingdom of heaven scriptures are mostly about the inner qualities that are in a person who has that seed in their hearts.  Yeshua is telling us that being sold out yo a destiny-seed and selling all, that is of the old man to pursue it is a quality of the Kingdom.   Remember all of His listeners knew about leaving Egypt and that was of Egyptian life and pursuing a destiny!  Let’s back yup a few verses here in Matthew and we can see it.  Beginning in verses, Mathew 13:37-43

He answered and said to them: "He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels. Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear! (Mat 13:37-43)

You have a destiny!  There is seed planted in your heart.  It will bear incorruptible glory!!  This is glory which carries the weight of eternity!

The Lord is speaking of a separation of harvests from different seeds.  The seeds of the world, the outer glory are the fares and are gathered to their destiny.  The seeds of The Lord, incorruptible are shining like the sun, in the Kingdom!

Look at one final Scripture to build your faith for the time you live in and what this ministry is in your lives:

Malachi 4:1-6 (NKJV)
MALACHI 4
 The Great Day of God
[4:1] “For behold, the day is coming,
Burning like an oven,
And all the proud, yes, all who do wickedly will be stubble.
And the day which is coming shall burn them up,”
Says the LORD of hosts,
“That will leave them neither root nor branch.
[2] But to you who fear My name
The Sun of Righteousness shall arise
With healing in His wings;
And you shall go out
And grow fat like stall-fed calves.
[3] You shall trample the wicked,
For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet
On the day that I do this,”
Says the LORD of hosts.
[4] “Remember the Law of Moses, My servant,
Which I commanded him in Horeb for all Israel,
With the statutes and judgments.
[5] Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet
Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD.
[6] And he will turn
The hearts of the fathers to the children,
And the hearts of the children to their fathers,
Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.”

We see again the division between those whose seed is death and it's glory.  They are burned like stubble , both root and branch.  This means that the seed itself is destroyed.

The righteous seed arise with the sun of righteousness, shining in their glory and destiny!

Moses is the seed, the Torah.  Elijah is the Spirit of prophecy and prophetic awareness.

Restoration of honor and relationship is the fruit!  T his is what Destiny House is all about.  We are Destiny House and we are building Destiny House.

This destiny is being refined in our lives through trials.  Many may evaluate you by external standards. But God evaluates you with eternal values, His plans and purposes for you.  The plans are glory producers,  They are value enrichment.

Sh'ma Yisrael- Receiving the Father's Love- Fathers Day - David Mitts

If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear." Then He said to them, "Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given. For whoever has, to him more will be given; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him." (Mar 4:23-25)

Hearing seems to be the key to entering into our inheritance.  I began to reflect on my own listening one morning as I mediated on the scripture in the book of James:

So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; (James 1:19)

I began reflecting on what it meant to be quick to hear?  I thought about how I hear. Often I hear through filters.  I got this picture in my mind as I reflected on this.  Back when I was building the Amway business, one evening I took my son Josh to the meeting with me.  I can see this in my mind as if it were yesterday, it affected me so.  Josh was maybe 10 and he was sitting on the edge of his seat absorbing every nuance of my communication.  I realized in that moment that I had a sacred responsibility to communicate what was true and important.  What I had before me was a sacred trust. As Father's we have that place of credibility, that window into the hearts of others.

This is a picture of the heart space that the Lord is instructing us to have when we listen.  When they asked Yeshua, what was number one on the Father's  heart, He answered:
One of the scribes came and heard them arguing, and recognizing that He had answered them well, asked Him, "What commandment is the foremost of all?" Jesus answered, "The foremost is, 'HEAR, O ISRAEL! THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD; (Mar 12:28-29)

He responds with the Sh'ma.  Sh'ma means both to hear and to obey.  This means an openness of heart that allows what is said to be received without reservation.  There is a loyalty in this type of listening.  I was speaking with someone about this week, and they said well it depends on who is speaking and if I trust them.  This makes sense.  We do need to take heed in our decision to listen.  Yet, we also need to recognize when we aren't really listening with our whole heart to one another!

Like anything else, listening becomes an acquired taste.  We get habitual in how we listen.  In biblical terms this is called hardness of heart.  It affects our fruitfulness for the kingdom.  It affects how we are as sons and daughters.
Let's look at Mark 4:3

"Listen to this! Behold, the sower went out to sow; as he was sowing, some seed fell beside the road, and the birds came and ate it up. "Other seed fell on the rocky ground where it did not have much soil; and immediately it sprang up because it had no depth of soil. "And after the sun had risen, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away. "Other seed fell among the thorns, and the thorns came up and choked it, and it yielded no crop. "Other seeds fell into the good soil, and as they grew up and increased, they yielded a crop and produced thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold." And He was saying, "He who has ears to hear, let him hear."(Mar 4:3-9)

The seed, in this case, the communication.  Every communication is seed.  It sows unto a harvest.  We can seed blessing or we can seed cursing into the lives of those around us.  But the condition in this parable is the hearing, the listening.  The hearing determines what the seed can do.  We can all hear the same information with the same potential to produce a harvest in our lives.  Some will seize the day and capture the vision embodied in the seed and others will depending on their character be able to receive, to sh'ma. Let's continue in Mark 4:10-13

As soon as He was alone, His followers, along with the twelve, began asking Him about the parables. And He was saying to them, "To you has been given the mystery of the kingdom of God, but those who are outside get everything in parables, so that WHILE SEEING, THEY MAY SEE AND NOT PERCEIVE, AND WHILE HEARING, THEY MAY HEAR AND NOT UNDERSTAND, OTHERWISE THEY MIGHT RETURN AND BE FORGIVEN." And He *said to them, "Do you not understand this parable? How will you understand all the parables? (Mar 4:10-13)

The key to repentance is hearing and seeing.  You see there is a turning that is necessary in life.  We all need to constantly hear so we can be on course.  James tells us that the tongue is like a rudder on a ship.

Look at the ships also, though they are so great and are driven by strong winds, are still directed by a very small rudder wherever the inclination of the pilot desires. So also the tongue is a small part of the body, and yet it boasts of great things. See how great a forest is set aflame by such a small fire! (Jas 3:4-5)

This is admonition to be careful of how we speak, but it also reflects how speech can affect the actions of others like a rudder.

But the rudder is controlled in impact by the listening heart we bring to the words.   You the Father loves us and it is His desire to instruct us in all things but we have to be open to listen.

Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow. (Jas 1:17)
The key is NOT in Him but in us!  How do we shma?  Back to Mark 4:14

"The sower sows the word. "These are the ones who are beside the road where the word is sown; and when they hear, immediately Satan comes and takes away the word which has been sown in them.
How does satan do this?  How does he steal the Love of The Father?  He does it through hardness of heart.  What is hardness of heart?  The loss of basic trust.  Without trust it is impossible to please God.  To trust we have to forgive.  To forgive, we have to repent of idolatry.  You mean.... if I'm not forgiving someone, I'm in idolatry.  You bet.  If Yeshua could be crucified and forgive then if you don't forgive, you have put something or someone above the cross. You have made your offense bigger than God.  When you make something or someone bigger than God, you do it by entertaining accusation against them.  This is how Satan can steal the Word from you.  The need to be right is stronger than the need to be righteous.  REPENT!

"In a similar way these are the ones on whom seed was sown on the rocky places, who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with joy; and they have no firm root in themselves, but are only temporary; then, when affliction or persecution arises because of the word, immediately they fall away. "
Persecution is part of the seed bearing fruit.  God's word only grows in a climate of resistance.  Persecution is to Word, like wind to the trees.  If the trees are not rooted in strong wind they fall away.  If we are not rooted when persecution comes, we will fall away.

And others are the ones on whom seed was sown among the thorns; these are the ones who have heard the word, but the worries of the world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.
The deceitfulness of riches actually has very little to do with riches.  It has to do with the fear of man.  it is when fear runs our lives that we enter into deception, which actually keeps us from prospering, because we cannot hear well in a state of fear and so our rudder, God's voice cannot operate.

"And those are the ones on whom seed was sown on the good soil; and they hear the word and accept it and bear fruit, thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold." (Mar 4:14-20)

It is all about listening with our heart, having a childlike eager to listen and prompt to do attitude.

So, it is Father's Day weekend.  And we want to honor our natural fathers and our spiritual fathers.  And most of all, we want to honor our heavenly father.  How?  By receiving their words and paying attention.  Fathers do NOT need more ties and underwear.  What they need is respect and honor and paying attention with an open heart to their words.

The Secret to a Fulfilling Life - David Mitts

Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ; (Philippians 1:6)

The first thing we need to rest in is that He began a good work in us and that He will complete it.  The Apostle is telling us that we can be confident in this truth.  This means we have a destiny, a purpose and that He is at work in our lives to fulfill it.

So out of this place, we need to look at how we are meant to live to fulfill that destiny.  Let’s skip ahead to Philippians 2:1-4

Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Letnothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better thanhimself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. (Php 2:1-4).

The Apostle Paul, who is imprisoned at this point facing the probability of death desperately, reaches out to his disciples.  His desire at this point is central to the gospel and contains the plea for like-mindedness.  He is desperate for the disciples to operate in unity.  He recognizes that the main obstacle is selfish ambition and conceit.

Ambition, in itself is NOT the problem; it is selfish ambition that is a problem.  What’s the difference?  Ambition is just the desire for something better.  God Himself places ambition in us.  He is the one who placed the dominion mandate in our hearts.  Selfish ambition by contrast, is an ambition that is rooted in a disconnection, disunity.  We see this at work in church splits.  It is an ambition that is at its core one that is an attack on unity and has pride and shame as motivations.

So, we see that ambition is not bad but if we rely on the flesh for the meeting of this need, the need to fulfill our destiny then we fall into the addictive traps of the flesh.  The way we know we are in the flesh is that our ambition causes us to feel inadequate, not good enough and we become self-centered.  We attack unity and we resent the efforts of others to improve their lives.  Our own inadequacies, which are all that are possible, in the flesh demand of us the sacrifice of our love for others.  We do not rejoice in their success because it makes us feel inferior.  I know about this because I have walked this out for years and felt the pull in my own heart.

OK. Turn with me to James, Chapter 1:

James, a bondservant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ,To the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad: Greetings. My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.
OK. What does it mean to count it all joy?  And how is that related to the testing or the proving of our faith?

The word “count” in this scripture is an amazing word.  It is the Greek word, “hegemai”, from which we get the English word hegemony.  A hegemony is a power which rules by the acknowledgment of their power without ever having to use that power!”  So Joy has a power that changes the game.  There is a confidence in Joy that transforms the reality of the trials that are between us and our destiny.

The effect of this Joy is a rejoicing that transforming.  It transforms our faith.  You if we have this Joy then our faith is assured.  This is how we then can become patient in ourtrials.  The Joy becomes an offensive weapon, born of an inner power which is a confidence in our God and in our destiny in Him.
But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
You see it isn’t that we are being patient.  Rather we have a Joy an inner confidence that informs our minds that we are in the plan of God, our destiny and in that plan, we are settled, we have entered into rest.  This place then is the Shabbat of God on the inside.  The inner Sabbath, the peace of God then has its perfect work and in that place we are lacking nothing.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

Wisdom is God-strategy.   Since we are leading with Joy, we know that He is at work in us and through us.  In this place, we have a confidence that is born of knowing Him in whom we trust.  In this place, we have a heart that is transparent and yielded to Him.  Then we can ask, in that place of trust and we know that He gives us what we ask.  The double-minded man is really the untrusting man. He asks but he is still holding back and filters what he hears through what he can control.  God, knowing our hearts better than we do, then holds back from us, and we operate in sense-driven knowledge, which is earthly and demonic.

Let the lowly brother glory in his exaltation, but the rich in his humiliation, because as a flower of the field he will pass away. For no sooner has the sun risen with a burning heat than it withers the grass; its flower falls, and its beautiful appearance perishes. So the rich man also will fade away in his pursuits.

There is no circumstance that will replace God in our lives.  We don’t become godly with poverty or with riches!  We cannot set a goal in this world and expect that goal to be our destiny.  Nothing wrong with goal setting, but it needs to be inspired of God and based on the Joy that comes from His Spirit in us.
Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life whichthe Lord has promised to those who love Him. Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.

The evil in our life is NOT from God.  It is our own desires, which entice us.  It is not the desires in themselves.

Hope deferred makes the heart sick, But desire fulfilled is a tree of life. (Pro 13:12)

It is where we go to fulfill them.  The desires are there to draw us to God, to learn to taste of Him.  It is when we try to fulfill our desires through the methods of the flesh that they become an enticement to sin.  Fulfilled desires through the flesh always produce death.  As my Pastor PD preached, “you can’t build on a negative..

Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. (James 1:1-17)

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from the Father of lights.  Let’s look at a one of these:

First the gift of overcoming.

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. (Rom 12:21)

Quitting is from the pit of hell.  It is being overcomes by evil.  Despair and discouragement  are demonic twins.  They want to steal your destiny from you.  How, quitting works is it makes you hate the thing you quit.  If you quit on a marriage, you hate it.  If you quit on a job, you hate it.  If you quit on a dream, you hate it.  We are instructed to overcome this evil of quitting with good.  What is good?  It is finished is good.  You pick yourself and up and you face the quitting inside of you and you lead with Joy.  You fall in love again with your fist love, the dream you had the husband you loved, the job you believed in.

Look with me at Revelation 3:14 to get the picture:

"To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God, says this: 'I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish that you were cold or hot. 'So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth. 'Because you say, "I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing," and you do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness will not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see. 'Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent. 'Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me. 'He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. 'He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.'" (Rev 3:14-22)

You see our authority in life towards our destiny means that we become overcomers.  We have to quit quitting.  We have to face the lukewarmness.  We have to repent for the death we have allowed into our hearts and become white hot again.
